Core Exercise Class

Core Exercise Class (formerly called Clinical Pilates Class) emphasises developing optimal body posture during exercise. All classes are run by our Physiotherapist, and it is eligible for claiming through your private health insurance. Each class run in a small group with a maximum of 4 people.

Hydrotherapy Class

Hydrotherapy utilises water-assisted buoyancy and warmth to help relieve muscle and joint pain while improving function. It provides an alternative to land-based exercises for strengthening muscles, improving balance and coordination, and encouraging aerobic exercise in a low impact environment. Hydrotherapy can assist with rehabilitation by enabling the patient to begin moving and exercising earlier during their rehabilitation, where it is normally too painful or difficult.

A range of conditions can benefit from hydrotherapy including:

  • Joint replacements
  • Sporting injuries
  • Lower back pain
  • Post-surgical patients
  • Inflammatory conditions
  • Neurological conditions

Balance Exercise/ Fall Prevention Class

Who will benefit? Our class is designed for people with the following:

  • Poor balance/ deteriorating balance
  • Have a history of falling
  • Lower limb weakness

This class is run by our Physiotherapist, with a maximum of 4 people.
