Core Exercise Class
Core Exercise Class (formerly called Clinical Pilates Class) emphasises developing optimal body posture during exercise. All classes are run by our Physiotherapist, and it is eligible for claiming through your private health insurance. Each class run in a small group with a maximum of 4 people.
