Clinical Pilates is an effective form of physiotherapy treatment which involves a supervised and guided exercise program utilising patient-specific exercises to:
- Relieve chronic back pain
- Improve spinal stability
- Rehabilitate a range of different injuries.
Clinical Pilates is performed under the supervision of a physiotherapist, who will guide you through different exercises specific to your musculoskeletal or neurological condition.
Both our Parkwood Clinic and Livingston Clinic have a range of different equipment including Pilates reformers and trapeze tables, which utilise the resistance provided by springs to build better control, flexibility and strength.
